Please read the following information below. You must agree to the Cancellation Policy in order to submit your form.
1. Services Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement FECH Co. agrees to provide physical eviction services for your property with a trained staff on-site to complete the eviction.
2. Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and FECH Co. Eviction. I / WE (the customer) certify that this information is correct, complete and that we are solvent and able to pay for the procedure(s) performed. The Company (FECH Co. Eviction) shall not be liable for any property damage, personal loss, theft, or personal injury prior, during, or post eviction. FECH Co. shall not be responsible in any manner for the acts or failures to act negligently, willfully, or otherwise, of the agents, or representatives. FECH Co. is not responsible for the after effect of community “pillaging” or “ransacking” of items left post eviction. Please be advised: Only personal and valuable items identified by the sheriff or marshal are removed from the property during an eviction. This does not include items deemed as trash or hazardous by the sheriff or marshal.
3. Payment Terms All evictions are charged by the hour and junk removals are charged by the load. FECH Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. All clients must provide a credit card to hold the eviction. The deposit fee of half of the first hour of the cost of your eviction will be charged 4 business hours prior to the eviction. Junk removals will be charged upon completion. NO CASH or PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. Cancellation Policy: FECH Co. must be notified in writing, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone of any cancellations 4 business hours before the scheduled eviction (business hours Mon – Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST). If FECH Co. is not notified of an eviction cancellation 4 business hours prior to the start of the scheduled eviction, a cancellation fee of half of the first hour of the cost of your eviction will be charged. If the eviction has been cancelled due to the weather, the deposit fee (half of the first hour of the cost of your eviction) will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the eviction is not rescheduled within thirty (30) days, the deposit fee will be forfeited. If the eviction has been cancelled by the sheriff or marshal after we arrive onsite, the balance of the 1st hour of the eviction will be charged.
By signing below, I authorize All Season’s Eviction to a one-time charge on the credit card indicated on this agreement form according to the terms, payment and cancellation policy outlined above. This authorization is for the service and payment of goods/services. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in the agreement above.
